A set of perforations embellish the toe box.
Size advice: By nature, the derby is best suited to strong necks of foot. The shape of this derby tightens at the toes and may require you to go up a half size from your usual LodinG size.
Derbys give a considerable amount of comfort to men who have a broader foot and a developed instep. It is also characterized by shoelace eyelet tabs that are sewn on top of a single-piece vamp.
