The present selling terms and conditions only apply to orders placed on our web sites www.loding.fr, www.loding.us, www.loding.ca, ...
LODING Company reserves the possibility to modify the present selling terms and conditions at any time. In case of modification, the selling terms and conditions in effect the day of the order will be applied to every order.
• ARTICLE 2: items availability
The administration only guarantees the indicated prices and the availability of the items while quantities last.
During its treatment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail itemizing your order, with the final prices; the administration reserves the right to modify the indicated prices without advance notice.
We reminds you that the operation in relation with the authorization given by the bank serves for validating your order and for verifying the validity of your card.
From de receipt of your order, we verify the availability of ordered product(s). In case of unavailability, we make a commitment, within 30 days from the date of the order, either to deliver you the ordered product, or to pay you off in case of definitive unavailability.
If one of the ordered items is out of stock, we send the remaining of your order and we inform you by e-mail of the approximate date of availability of the missing product(s).
• ARTICLE 3: validation of the orders and electronic signature (law of 13 March 2000 on the electronic signature)
To conclude the purchase agreement of one or several products on loding.fr, you have to fill the electronic order form, by following the relative instructions.
Any order form the consumer sign by "double-click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can be questioned only within the limits established in the present selling terms and conditions.
The "double-click" associated with the procedure of authentification and non-renunciation, and with the protection of the integrity of messages, constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature is, for the two parties, tantamount to the handwritten signature.
The available language to conclude the agreement with LODING is French.
• ARTICLE 4: price
The indicated prices are all taxes included (after V.A.T.), except the contribution to processing and shipping costs.
For deliveries outside European Union, custom fees can be charge to the customer.
LODING reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but makes a commitment to apply the current prices which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to availability at this date.
• ARTICLE 5: terms of payment and Reassurance
Terms of payment
You can make the payment :
- By credit card directly: We accept credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
The payment is made on the secure banking servers of our partner Payzen. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the website "loding.fr". The payment by credit card is thus perfectly secured; your order will so be recorded and validated as soon as the bank accepts your payment.
- By transfer payment: for orders and deliveries in and out of metropolitan France. You will receive LODING bank details to make your payment in the e-mail confirming the reception of your order. You can also find the information on your on-line account (section "LODING bank details").
- payment in 3x from 150€ with
Fees of 1.56% on the total amount.
This payment method is only available for French bank cards and customers residing in Metropolitan France.
For payments by credit card directly, the information of your credit card are encrypted thanks to the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) and never passes trough the network unencrypted. The payment is directly made with our bank.
Title retention clause
Products remain the property of LODING Company until the collection of the order. However, the risks concerning the delivered products are transferred to the customer as from the delivery.
LODING reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order coming from a consumer with whom a dispute would be in process or for fraud suspicion.
• ARTICLE 6: modalities of delivery and delivery time in Metropolitan France
For reasons of parcels follow-up, it is impossible to us to deliver the orders in bases or other premises of the Armies.
Products are delivered to the delivery address which you indicated us during the process of order.
All the announced deadlines are calculated in working days.
The indicated deadlines are average deadlines and correspond to the time of treatment, preparation and shipping of your order (left warehouse).
To this time, it is necessary to add the delivery time of the carrier UPS or LA POSTE Colissimo.
The overtaking of the shipping time can give rise to a cancellation of the order since the order has not left our warehouses. For that purpose, you only have to contact us.
For an order consisted of several items, the shipping time of this order is then based on the longest shipping time. LODING reserves the possibility to split the order in several deliveries, without supplementary cost for the customer.
Any item available in stock is shipped within 10 days (ex warehouse).
In all other cases, availability may vary between 11 and 30 days depending on the type of products ordered.
Terms of delivery
The products ordered are delivered by the postal circuit or by an independent carrier, and at the exclusive initiative of LODING, to the address shown on the order form.
From package to delivery
You must verify the conformity of the merchandise delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery note.
You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product). This verification is considered to have been carried out once the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.
You will also have to report any anomalies by registered mail and confirm your reservations to the carrier within 3 working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this mail to :

If the products need to be returned to us, they must be the subject of a return request to our Customer Service within 15 days of delivery. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories).
The shoes cannot be taken back if the soles bear traces of walking or if the leather has marked folds. The items will then be returned directly to the customer.
In the event of error of preparation or defective product, the customer must inform LodinG which will provide a pre-paid return slip.
Returns sent by any other means than the prepaid Colissimo voucher provided by LodinG will not be refunded without the prior agreement of LodinG.
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, opened, you must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, you must imperatively refuse the package and note a reserve on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged).
The date of dispatch is the time between the date of confirmation of the order and the date of flashage attesting to the exit of our warehouses of the package(s).
1. During the final validation of your order, we confirm the average time of shipment of the order. It corresponds to the longest time of the order.
2. An email confirming the dispatch of your order includes this date and gives you a delivery time.
• ARTICLE 7: Responsibilities
LODING shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded on the occasion of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire. The choice and purchase of a product are placed under the sole responsibility of the customer. The impossibility to use the products, in particular because of incompatibility, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of LODING, except in the case of a proven latent defect, non-conformity, defect or exercise of the right of retraction envisaged under article 8.
In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of one month (from the date of departure from our warehouses) to manifest yourself. Beyond this period, we will not accept any claim.
• ARTICLE 8: Right of retraction
In accordance with Article L.121-16 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 15 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn.
Otherwise, you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
Return costs for retraction
The costs of return in case of retraction remain the responsibility of the customer. In order to ensure the tracking of your package, please choose to make your return via Colissimo, UPS, DHL,
• ARTICLE 9 : Right of return
9.1 - Return procedure
A prior request must be made directly by contacting us via your customer account.
You have a delay of :
- 14 days in the case of a retraction from the reception of your package to inform us of your wish to return the product in its original packaging and in good condition (unworn). The date is that of the information e-mail sent by the customer and received at email@example.com to inform us of his wish to exercise his right of withdrawal.
- 7 days to inform us of a defect or non-conformity of your product. The date being taken as proof is that of the information e-mail sent by the customer and reached firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of a defect or a non-conformity of the product.
Any item worn, or bearing traces of trying too marked on the leather or soles, can not be returned for non-conformity. It will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Upon receipt of the agreement, you have 15 days to return the product to us. After this period, your return will be refused.
If you return the package to us, we decline all responsibility in the event that it does not reach us. The responsibility for the package remains with the sender.
We undertake to reimburse you for the product by crediting your credit card, by cheque or by bank transfer according to our choice within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the package and this if all the return procedures have been correctly carried out.
9.2 - Return costs
All costs of return to our warehouses are the responsibility of the buyers. Except in the event of an error on our part when ordering, in which case we will bear the costs of returning and reshipping the products.
9.3 - Exchange
In the case of an exchange, this one is reshipped at the expense of LodinG from our warehouse, within the limit of an exchange.
For France, delivery costs fixed at 10 Euros including all taxes will be invoiced to the Customer for each delivery from the second exchange of the same order.
For the countries of the European Union, these costs will be 15 Euros.
For other countries, these costs will be 25€.
The return, as indicated in the previous section, is at the expense of the Customer.

At any time, "you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art 34 of the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978).
