Delivery and returns

Shipping

Packages are generally sent 2 days after payment. We use Colissimo or UPS services which both provide you with a tracking number (signature required). 

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs. These are fixed costs, whereas delivery depends on the weight of the package. We recommend you shop all your articles in one single order.

For deliveries outside of the European Union, customs fees may be charged to the customer. 

Return

With the exception of a mistake in preparation, return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.

Other than defective items, all returned articles must be received in their new and original condition to be considered for a refund or exchange. Original packaging and labels must be accompanied with the package.

Please ensure the shoes are:

  • Not worn, especially the soles must not have any marks.
  • Returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

We recommend that you send us the articles by registered package with acknowledgement of receipt.
Otherwise, LODING cannot be responsible for loss, refund or exchange.

Please indicate your name and your order reference with your package.

For return from countries outside the European Union

  • For your customs form, please indicate "Return" on the form
  • Add a copy of the customs fee receipt you received with your package, which indicates you already paid the customs.

If the above conditions are not met, LodinG reserves the right to refuse the package and return it to its sender.

Exchange

For exchanges, we send new item upon receipt of the original purchase at our expense.
Please inform us as soon as possible about the desired article for a booking.
